Abstract

Li Jian wu can be regarded as a genius in the history of modern Chinese literary criticism. He has drawn insight greatly from both Chinese traditional literary theory and Western impressionism, and he has particular insight into the essence, purpose, foundation of literary criticism so as to deserve more attention.
