Abstract
Objective: To study the heart rate in reaction to atropine after fentanyl injection. Methods: 45 patients were randomly equal divided into 3 groups: group 1(F1∶inject 2 μg·kg-1 fentanyl),group 2(F2∶inject 4 μg·kg-1 fentanyl),and group C(Control group). The rest heart rate, blood pressure(T0) and the change of the heart rate and blood pressure were recorded 5 minutes after fentanyl injection and every 2 minutes after atropine injection. Results:The heart rate of T1 was lower than that of T2 in both Group F1 and F2.The heart rate of T2 was lower than that of T0 in Group C.There was no significant difference in the heart rate of T2 compared with T1 in both Group F1 and F2.The heart rate of T3 was significantly higher than that of T2 in each group. Conclusion:The heart rate reaction to atropine does not change after fentanyl injection.
