Abstract

The Main Points\% is a comprehensive and systematic introduction to Deng Xiao\|Ping\'s diplomatic thought. This paper, from the three perspectives of international situation, goal of the country and foreign policy, compares Mao Ze\|Dong\'s international strategic thought with that of Deng Xiao\|Ping, thus illustrating Deng Xiao\|Ping\'s development of Mao Ze\|Dong\'s foreign policy under the new international environment.
