Analysis of Responsiveness of Different Economic Rural Residents to the Village Clinics

Objective:To understand the responsiveness of different economic rural residents to the village clinics and to provide the scientific basis to strengthen the construction of village clinics. Methods:The 888 rural residents of four different economic areas in China,who were selected by random method,were investigated with self-questionnaire. Results:The result showed that village clinics in four areas undertook the disease prevention,health education and the general treatment and so on; the reflection of rural residents to village doctors is better; the most dissatisfied aspect of rural residents to village clinics is the poor equipment environment; the responsiveness of rural residents in four areas have significant differences in three aspects:technology level of village clinics,equipment environment and charge. Conclusion:The government should attach importance to the basic facilities construction of village clinics,further to strengthen the construction of village clinics personal,improve the village doctors' qualities,technical level practically and scientific management of village clinics.
