Abstract
The input material pretreatment processing is an important part of the catalytic reforming unit.Compared with two kinds of pretreatment process, hydrotreatment before fractionating by distillation and hydrotreatment after fractionating by distillation, our research results show that the pretreatment process with hydrotreatment before fractionating by dstillation is better to be recommended in practice. In the text, the pre-hydroteated naphtha is feed into a continuous reforming unit, which can produce 600,000 tons of naphtha each year. And the following process flow is optimized by contrast to the great equipments, investment and energy consume of two different process designs, stripping before distillation(two towers) and combination(only one tower). And the results show that the process flow of stripping before distilltion is recommended.
