Abstract
In order to provide scientific basis for oat germplasm resource collection, protection and breeding, the genetic diversity of 74 oat germplasm were analyzed by AFLP.The results showed that the average Nei's index(H) and Shannon's information index was 0.382 and 0.573,respectively.The test materials had rich AFLP polymorphism and high genetic diversity, therefore,to evaluate the genetic diversity of oat germplasm by AFLP had higher efficiency.74 oat germplasm resources were divided into five groups by cluster analysis, which seemed related to the geographical origins and naked or covered oat.The UPGMA systematic tree was obtained by cluster analysis.
