Abstract

The strengthening of the obligation of demands and requirements and the challenge after China's entering WTO requires that we should try to upgrade the industrial structure quickly, to walk on a new way of New Industrialization. Based on China's realistic situation, the essay discusses the importance and imminence for China to become a great power of manufacturing, and the effective tactics as well.
