Abstract
This paper made introduction according to the concept of tourism newly put forward by Dalian city,emphatically elaborated the global tourism planning pattern of Dalian city and the corresponding tourism supporting system,so as to make tourism industry into a strategic pillar industry in the new period,through the global tourism to promote the global city strategy implementation of Dalian city.
