Abstract
The remote monitor technique based on GSM network is presently a popular monitor technique. The transformer substation is chronically located in the field and there is nobody watching.In view of the function,technical feature and usage requirements,a remote monitor technique based on SMS of GSM network is proposed on the basis of research on SMS technology,database technology,interface circuit of GSM cellular engine and EMC technique.The remote monitor technique adopts siemens's most advanced GSM communication module TC35i as core device of receiving and sending SMS.Field operation shows that such a system has the characteristics of strong real-time state monitoring,wide signal converage,flexible and reliable data transmission and low operational cost.
