Abstract
The strategie objectives of the Four Modernization and the Moderate Prosperity were put forward by Zhou Enlai and Deng Xiaoping respectively in the light of China's social and economie conditions in the 20th century. Deng Xiaoping's thoughts were based on the actual conditions of China's opening to the outside world and Zhou Enlai's correct ideas. Therefore, his thoughts are further development of the strategie objectives of the Four Modernization.
