On Impossibility of Crime

Abstract
It is generally believed that impossibility of crime is a type of unaccomplished crime. In effect, impossibility can be divided into two categories: punishable impossibility and non-criminal impossibility. The paper also probes into the foreign impossibility theory and puts forward some advice on how to differentiate the two kinds of impossibility.
