Abstract
In view of the features and causes of high-rise building fire disasters, aiming at the hidden troubles of fire safety existing in the current high-rise buildings of our country, the paper expounds the present situation and the existing problems of high-rise building's fire protection.Aiming at the characteristics of high-rise building, the paper analyses the problems in national policy,high-rise building design, middle period construction, use of fire protection facilities, later period management.Countermeasures for fire safety are put forward. The measures of the general layout, the dividing of fire protection division's evacuation staircase, the construction of refractory limit, the evacuation pathway and the automatic alarm system are studied deeply in the paper.
