Abstract
This paper argues that the present law execution system violates the principle that authorities must be restricted and supervised, which seriously affects the authoritativeness of court decision and verdict. It does not benefit strict enforcement of arbitration system, training lawyers with high quality and improving the efficiency of judgement, but also not accord with the demands of execution work. Therefore, the reform of law execution should be carried out in such areas as organization, legislation, measures, restriction and supervision.
