Abstract
Cu2+ was extracted from alkaline etching liquid of PCB by using a commercial extractant N910 in the dilute agent sulfonated kerosene. With ethching liquid containing 112 g/L Cu2+ and 5.7 mol/L NH3,the single stage and multistage extractive processes were investigated in detail. The optimum extraction conditions of single stage process were as follows:the concentration of N910 was 60%,organic phase and water phase of compared the phase ratio(O/A) was 2 ∶ 1 and the temperature was 30 ℃.It showed that the extraction percentage can reach 56.73% without the adjustment of pH value, and the saturated extraction of copper was 64.03 g/L after 3 min treatment. The thermal effects of extraction experimental(△H) was 8.95 kJ/mol.In addition, the extraction percentage with the processing of 4-stage cross-flow extraction can reach 94.78%.In comparison, the 3-stage countercurrent extraction was 76.01%.Correspondingly,the concentration of copper in the ethching liquid was 37.98 g/L.
