An Analysis on Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Financial Management

Small and medium enterprises(SMEs) play an important role in product technology innovation,solution to the employment and acceleration of the transfer of rural labor and have become an important driving force for economic and social development.At present,problems related to work settings,management model,management means,management oversight,ability of tax planning and financing channels in financial management of SMEs in Xinjiang has seriously hampered the healthy development of SMEs.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the level of financial management and promote healthy and rapid development of SMEs through the establishment of a sound financial system and internal control mechanism,the establishment of a complete specification of the accounting system,the establishment of an efficient financial control mode and diversified financing.
