Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nasointestinal tube on treatment of acute intestinal obstruction. Methods: According to different therapeutic scheme,100 patients with acute intestinal obstruction were divided into nasointestinal tube treatment group and control group(nasogastric tube treatment),respectively.Indicators including the rate of obstruction remission and transferring to operation, remission time and C-reactive protein(CRP) recovery time were compared. Results:The remission rate of treatment group was 87%,much higher than that of control group(35%)(P0.01).In contrast, the rate of transferring to operation(30%),remission time(3.78±2.46)d and CRP recovery time(5.12±3.75)d in treatment group were significantly lower or shorter than those of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:Treatment of nasointestinal tube can effectively relieve acute intestine obstruction.
