Abstract
Objective:To work out the effect of bowels preparation to the result of barium enema radiography, Methods: 100 cases accepting barium enema radiography were divided in to 2 groups, experiment group receiving administration of 50% magnesium sulfate orally and the matched group treated with normal cleaning enema. Results: The results of radiophotography of experiment group is more effective than the compare groupls (P 0. 05). Conclusion: The way of 50% magnesium sulfate taked orally for bowel preparation is convenient and acceptable, the effect of cleaning bowel is satisfactory, it also can a-void the pain resulting from normal cleaning enema.
