The Skepticism Types Responded in The Critique of Pure Reason

Kant's attention to the problems of skepticism is extremely obvious in The Critique of Pure Reason,and one of the main goals of his critical philosophy is to response the challenges from skepticism. But Kant does not distinguish the types of skepticism clearly which he wants to response in the first critique. This makes the relationship between Kant and skepticism has been disputed for a long time,even his theory itself is regarded as a kind of extreme skepticism. So,it's important to clarify the types of skepticism clearly which he wants to response in The Critique of Pure Reason. This paper argues that Cartesian skepticism and Hume's skepticism are the main response goals of The Critique of Pure Reason.
