Abstract

Species composition and biological diversity were studied by plot method in Yangtaishan Forest Park,Shenzhen City.The results showed that 148 species in 110 genera and 61 families of vascular plants were found in the 10 800 m2 plot.The flora was characterized with obvious tropical nature.Castanopsis fissa, Litsea rotundifolia,Aporosa dioica and Cunninghamia lanceolata were the dominant species.Species richness,Simpson index and Shannon-Wiener index of each layer showed the same change trend,tree layer shrub layer herb layer.Pielou evenness index showed different trend,shrub layer herb layer tree layer.
