Abstract

The optimum explants to be gotten were budllets using konjak as inoculating materials. At different dose of hormone,MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA1.0mg/Lappeared to be optimum for callus induction, with an induction rate of 94.9%.For regeneration of plantlets from the callus, and the optimum medium was MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,with a differentiation rate of 95.2%.All the regenerated plantlets rooted readily on MS+NAA0.3~0.5mg/L and grew into complete plants.
