Abstract

Microsphere is reviewed as a new vehicle of the drug delivery syestem in pharmaceutics.The definition , characteristic and preparation technology of the microsphere were introduced in the paper.The application status in different drug delivery system had been introduced.The questions of microsphere were analyzed and the development tendency was prospected.
