Abstract

After discussing the problem,goal and solution measure concerning the university materials procurement in the new situation,this paper probes into the pattern of organization and management for the university materials procurement so as to realize the coordinated relations between the government procurement and the university procurement so as to adapt to the higher educational reform and promote the coordinated development of all causes in the universities.
