Abstract
The obligation for damages is a concept often used in our theory of civil law,but is actually hard to find in the legislation.And civil law,as the term for China's current law has its relationship with it.Therefore,this article,based on the existing laws and regulations,and taking into account the influence of German legal systems in China,and making reference to the relevant legal provisions and doctrine in Taiwan and Germany,re-examines the relationship between civil liability and obligation for damages,so as to help to apply the law.
