Abstract
In order to master the mine strata pressure behavior law of the high cutting fully mechanized coal mining face in the shallow depth seam of Taishan Long'an Company,a site actual measurement, theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and other study method were applied to the analysis on the mine strata pressure behavior law of No.8101 coal mining face in Long'an Company. The study results showed that the initial roof weighting distance of the coal mining face was 54~59m and the average distance was 55.5m.The periodical roof weighting distance was 12.6~15.8m and the average distance was 14.16m.The base roof was an IV grade A type and the roof weighting was very serious. The rear resistance of the powered support in the coal mining face would be linearly increased with the initial support increased. The pressure along the direction of the coal mining face would be high in the middle of the coal mining face and be low in the top and bottom part of the coal mining face.
