Regional Comparsion on Fresh Jujube Production in China

Abstract

Through comparing and analyzing,90 varieties of fresh jujube were selected based on quality criterion,aesthetic quality criterion,testing quality criterion and synthetic properties of fine fresh jujube.By analyzing on statistics of fresh jujube in regions/provinces,it was found that 2 regions around Hebei(including Beijing)-Shandong and Shaanxi-Shanxi are large in production scale and rich in famous variety.Regions around Xinjiang,Ningxia and Gansu have developmental potential.Henan has less varieties of fresh jujube with large production scale,and Liaoning has the least varieties of fresh jujube.
