Abstract

Through comparison,the present paper analyses and discusses the development and change of the contents of war crimes based on the international trials of war criminals,on The Charter of the International Military Tribunal in Europe in 1945;The Charter of the International Military Tribunal in Tokyo in 1946;the statute of The International Criminal Tribunal in the Former Yugoslavia in 1991,and the statute of The International Criminal Court in Rome in 2002.
