Abstract
The hidden extended custody is a extended custody which locks up the suspicions or the defendants through violating law and evading deadline of Criminal procedural law and no surpassing the legal time in form. The hidden extended custody includes no-time custody lending time custody mutual and custody of self-deciding,self-approving,self-judging. The causes of hidden extended custody includes subjective and objective ones.The countermeasure is押one,to change conception of law-enforcement and to build up the conception of enforcing law for people.two,to revise the criminal law and to build up systems.three,to educate and foster the morality and operation making of law-enforcement official in order to heighten the ability of enforcing law for people.
