Abstract
Proposes an adaptive RIO algthriom(ARIO) for the problem that the feature of current RIO algthriom in differentiated services(DiffServ) networks is hard to assure. ARIO can not only be well applicable for DiffServ networks,but also provides respectively and lower pack loss.
