GEOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HEIDIMIAO CRUDE OIL

Abstract

Heidimiao oil formation is one of the seven oil layers in Songliao Basin, it is themost shallow one. Its geochemical characteristics are analyzed and studied from manyaspects. The crude oil has not only the general characters of terrestrial crude oil but alsohas other specific properties. The result shows that the Heidimiao crude oil is mainlylow mature oil and partly immature oil. The source rock may well be n_2 and n_3 rocks bythe correlation of oil and source rock.
