Abstract
Total RNA is prepared from Monocytes which are obtained from healthy volunteers.Human interleukin-15(IL-15) gene is amplified with RT-PCR.The recombinant plasmid(pET28c(+)-IL-15) containing IL-15 gene is obtained and transformed into Escherichia coli BL21(DE3).The recombinant plasmid(pET28c(+)-IL-15) contains the gene IL-15.The result of Western blot shows that the expression protein is correct and expressed high in Escherichia coli. The expression level of the IL-15 protein is about 32% of total cellular protein. This lays the foundation for study of its function and clinical application.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
