Abstract
The amount of water used on the irrigation occupies the large proportion of the total used water in our country, reducing the amount of water used on agriculture is very important to solve the problem of water shortage. There are some unreasonable phenomena in the irrigation engineering, the advantage of economic lever the water price, should be taken to convert traditional irrigation consciousness, to adjust the water price and its framework properly, to spread water-saving technology, to improve the level of management in irrigation district step by step, so that water resources could circulate well, irrigation district could be on the way of sustainable development.
