Analysis of Pancytopenia Etiology 110 Cases

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical pancytopenia etiology.Methods Totally 110 cases of pancytopenia patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the causes 78.18% of the blood system diseases;non-blood system diseases accounted for 20.00%,1.82% of unknown causes,and in the blood system disease megaloblastic anemia(MA) the most common(27.27%),non-hematopoietic system diseases the most common liver disease(accounting for 7.27%).Conclusion The reduction of blood cells caused by many causes,must be comprehensive and detailed examination,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,improve accuracy of diagnosis.
