Morphologic Changes and its Influencing Factors of Memebrane of Chronic Sinusitis after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS)is an important therapy for chronic rhin and sinusitis.Surgical treatment is the beginning of the treatment.,its objective is to make the nasal cavity and sinus regain their normal morphous and then achieve their normal function.Many factors can affect the efficacy of the surgery.The membranous histology after surgery is improved by comparing with that before surgery,but the recovery time is different,one year or more long time is needed by part of tissues.Recognizing the membrane recovery and its influencing factors is helpful to improve the postoperative therapy,promote the clinical cure rate.This article reviews morphologic changes and its influencing factors of membrane of chronic sinusitis after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
