Abstract
Folk literature is the important cues and important foundations to study the folk customs and the folk beliefs; The folk literature of a place or a nationality oftentimes reflects the folk customs of a place or a nationality, however, the folk customs accordingly reflects the geographical environment, economic situation and the cultural climate, therefore, it is of great sense to study the folk literature of Tongren Prefecture which is conducive to understanding Tongren Prefecture' unique folk customs and it is of great meaning to develop and build Tongren area.
