Abstract
The cellulase producing strains were isolated from various samples collected from the nature, and screened by the methods of transparent zone and shaking culture.A strain with the highest cellulase enzyme activity was selected out.The fermentation conditions, including carbon sources, nitrogen sources, original pH,temperature and incubation time for this strain were optimized. And the CMCase and filter paper activity(FPA) were determined. The results showed that the optimum carbon and nitrogen source was bran and soybean flour respectively;and the best formation conditions for cellulase production were pH 6.5,cultivating for 92 h in 30 ℃.
