The International Experiences and Enlightenments of the Promotion of County Industrial Development

Foreign countries have accumulated many successful experiences in the process of industrialization,such as the emphasis on the use of high-tech industry to optimize and upgrade industrial,on the industrial shift and concentration effect to exert the expansion functions of enterprises,on the service and macro-control functions of government,on the use of dynamic comparative advantage of promoting the industry,especially high-tech industry development and on the improvement of the system of property rights to promote industrial development.These experiences give us some inspirations such as focusing on traditional industries to high-end clusters in the industrial development process in the county;utilizing the clusters functions of the small and medium enterprises to promote the industrialization of high technology;endeavoring for technological innovation,in particular independent innovation;improving the rural property rights system and promoting rural industrial development.
