Abstract

The agricultural production skills of the landlost peasants have lost their significance in the process of urbanization. Some of them slide into plight ofnew poorbecause of their lack of sustainable livelihoods, lower cultural qualities, and poor ability to participate in career competition.Modern urbanization emphasizes on the rights of development of landlost peasants instead of just on urban expansion of space. Therefore, the government should increase its efforts to support their educational training, awaken their consciousness of self-education,and construct internal dynamic mechanism to meet their educational needs of improving quality of life, integration of city and embarking on a new business venture,so as to maintain their long-term sustainable development.
