Abstract

To investigate the quality of potato roots and the effects of soil composition(the ratio of perlite and mountain soil) on potato transplanting,1 / 2MS + NAA 0.4 mg·L-1 was used as root induction medium for the three species of potato,Bora,Gui and Winter. After rooting, potato seedlings were transplanted to cultivated in the substratum that the ratio of perlite and mountain soil were 0∶1,1∶1,1∶2,1∶3.The results showed that there was a significant difference between three species of potato and the quality of the root had a direct impact on the survival rate, growth, formation of micro-tuber after trans-planting.The survival rate was highest, the growth was best and the number of mini tuber was largest when the three species of potato were transplanted into the substratum that the ratio of perlite and mountain soil was 1∶2.These had the value of reference in actual production of three species of potato.
