Open publisher page 7 citations

Abstract

The activity of SOD、POD and Proline content of alfalfa (Aspire、DK141) during low temperature stress were studied The result showed that the activity of SOD and POD became higher at the beginning of stressing and lower later on The enzyme activity decreased, but still remained at a high level And proline content increased with the stress the result showed that alfalfa adapted to low temperature stress and reduced injury through a series of protection mechanism, including higher content of SOD 、POD and Pro And alfalfa (Aspire、DK141) has high cold resistence capacity
