Abstract

The braking of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) is completed by the collaboration of regenerative and hydraulic braking torques.Based on the analyses of different kinds of braking control strategies for HEV,a braking control strategy based on threshold control and fuzzy control is proposed in this paper in order to realize the dynamic distribution of the total braking torques and achieve maximum braking energy recovery under the premise of automobile braking stability. The simulation results show that this control strategy has an ideal braking effect.
