Abstract

This paper describes a new standard reference hydrophone we fabricate for use in the frequency range 100~500kHz.For the sensor material is use the 1-3 piezoelectric composite.Experimental result show that the hydrophone receiving sensitivity of-194dB is high and has a flat frequency response in the range 100~500kHz,temperature and time test shows receiving sensitivity is stable with temperature and time change. It is a ideal hydrophone applied in middle frequency acoustic measurement.
