Abstract
Budd-Chiari Syndrome is a syndrome caused by blocked hepatic venous blood flow.It is rare clinically.There is less report of Retrohepatic Segment Inferior Vena Cava(IVC) Occlusive Budd-Chiari Syndrome in the domestic and foreign literature.1 patient seeing a doctor because of subcutaneous varicos vein ot abdominal wall was reported.Finally the patient was diagnosed as Retrohepatic Segment Inferior Vena Cava(IVC) Occlusive Budd-Chiari Syndrome.The imaging findings are summarized and the literatures are reviewed,aiming at improving the clinical understanding ot the disease.
