Abstract
As modern company system gradually sets up and company social liability's legalization,directors liability insurance system emerges many dilemmas in practice.This thesis assays the main problems of directors liability insurance system from approaches both in theory and in practice,thus carries out the route for transformation of directors liability insurance system of our state,which in order to realize the benefit of internationalization and localization of directors liability insurance system in our state.
