Clinical Analyze of Cleidocranial Dysplasia

Objective To research the clinical characteristics and the diagnosis and treatments of cleidocranial dysplasia(CCD).Methods The comprehensive analyze was obtained according to typical case and review of literatures.Results The cleidocranial dysplasia is rarely reported in literatures.The patients of cleidocranial dysplasia have obvious clinical characteristics of CCD,such as clavicle rudiment or absence,delayed closure of cranial fontanels and sutures,supernumerary and deciduous tooth detained,and late erupting teeth,wide pubic symphysis,and other skeletal anomalies.Radiological examination will help the diagnosis of cleidocranial dysplasia.Conclusion The medical history of patients and analysis of clinical characteristics and radiological examinations will help the diagnosis and treatment of cleidocranial dysplasia.
