Abstract

Aimed at the upward trend of the difference of the scientific innovation and economic development of Nantong and that of the surrounding cities like Wuxi or Suzhou, this article analyses the main constraints on the development, and proposes the way of emancipating minds and seizing opportunities to strengthen comprehensively the scientific and technological innovation of the cultural industry in Nantong.
