Optimal Allocation of Urban and Rural Land Based on Its Integration——A case study of Du'an Yao Autonomous County

Abstract

Based on the planning of the urban and rural coordinative development,current problems in urban and rural land were analyzed in this paper as in the case of Du'an Yao Autonomous county of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Combination of new general planning of land use and the second survey data,changes,trends and problems of urban and rural land use of the area were analyzed,and ways and suggestions were proposed to optimize the use of the land as reference for optimal allocation of urban and rural land in a new round of overall land use planning.
