The Unification of Form and Essence in Book Design

The reform and opening-up policy has brought the advanced idea and technical support for the book design, but lots book designers lost in the pursuing to purely technique and form, they neglect the book design, what is to making the book’s connotation visually, to severe book’s content, and then making the design and book unification. This paper trying to proofing the importance unification of form and essence and then provides some effective advices and methods for book design.
