Abstract
In view of the low automation level and low control efficiency of the current pump station in the underground colliery,a monitoring system for the pump stations in the underground colliery was designed by WinCC configuration software. The industrial ethernet communication was applied to the system and Siemens S7-300PLC served as the slave computer controller in the system, thus the system realized the online monitoring and fault alarming of pump stations,as well as historical data query and reports printing etc.The friendly human-machine interaction characteristics of WinCC are full presented.
