A STUDY ON MYCELIUM GROWTH CHARACTERISTICS OF EIGHT DIFFERENT SOURCES PHELLINUS LINTEUS

Abstract

There several aspects of eight different sources Phellinus linteu were studied: the culture observation of petri-dish mycelium and test-tube incline mycelium,experiment of antagonism and so on.The results showed that different sources Phellinus linteu were different in mycelial morphology,growth characteristics,antagonistic phenomena and so on,and their affinity were preliminary demonstrated.
