Among 937 persons of serological detecting, the positive rate was 0.534% (5/937). The elephantiasis patients were treated with Keyanzhong, the effective rate was 52.63%(10/19). 30 and 20 patients with chyluria were treated by MCT and DEC respectively, the effective rates were 93.3%(28/30) and 90%(18/20) in the near future and the 88%(22/25) and 75%(6/8) after 1 year respectively. Conclusion The achievements of filariasis control is consolidated. The caring of chronic filariasis patients should be strengthened.
